Lauren Reiter Brody
Lauren is an experienced commercial litigator with a concentration in business, employment, and entertainment matters. She has appeared in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as before administrative agencies, FINRA, the AAA and other forums. She has represented employers in the highest appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court and the New York Court of Appeals. She also counsels employers on business and employment issues, including employee terminations, state and federal labor laws, and human resources issues.
Lauren earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated with a law degree from Columbia University, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
Lauren is a member of the New York Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Lauren is also a member of the New York Management Attorneys Conference.
